Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and identifying process improvements. This will involve:
* Managing customer relationships, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Demonstrating flexibility and providing support across various functions within the department.
* Sharing expertise with the user operations team and the wider business to enhance the customer experience.
* Ensuring operational processes run efficiently and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a keen understanding of people and their needs. You should be skilled at asking the right questions, quickly solving problems, and meeting expectations.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is competitive, with an estimated £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including 10% employer pension contribution, annual performance-linked bonus, group income protection, and life assurance.
