Court of Protection Solicitor - Bristol
Excellent opportunity for a senior level Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading law firm. This Court of Protection solicitor will be joining this Top 100 firm as an associate or senior associate. This Court of Protection team are ranked highly in the Legal 500.
The successful court of protection solicitor will be joining a successful team, who are based in Bristol, but work on a flexible hybrid basis and regularly travel to see clients.
Working alongside the senior partner, you will be managing the team's deputyship clients who have complex needs and significant assets, sometimes with international elements. Your workload will include:
1. Advice
2. Applications to the Court of Protection
3. Appointment of replacement trustees
4. Deputyship administration
5. Investigating and reinstating estates
6. Applications for recognition and enforcement
You will also be taking an active role in supervising juniors and getting involved in business development.
You will be a qualified solicitor who has had at least 4 years' PQE in Court of Protection from a reputable firm. This may be standalone experience or as part of a wider private client caseload. You will have exceptional client care skills, demonstrate experience in a fast-paced environment and be ambitious within the area of Court of Protection.
