We offer a salary from £29,312 - £36,641 per annum dependant on experience. This salary range will increase by 4.5% from 1st April.

Work type: Permanent role, working full time, 37 hours per week, Monday Friday between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm.

Where you fit in?
In this role you will create educational, interactive, and reactive content that showcases the amazing work our team does every day, including creating paid social media campaigns. Youll also be helping out with answering social media inquiries, working alongside our internal stakeholders, and managing workloads with agencies. This involves a bit of research, cost management and invoicing to keep everything ticking along nicely.
You'll always be thinking of new creative ways to tell our brands story whether thats through videos, infographics, or photography and use social media listening tools to foster brilliant customer engagement. Keeping your finger on the pulse of social trends and industry news to spot new content opportunities will be part of your day-to-day, as will being proactive in spotting potential issues and collaborating with the wider communications team to address them.
Your expertise will be invaluable across projects within the brand and communications team, providing technical know-how and content development support. And when the time's right, youll also pitch in with broader content and copywriting initiatives, playing a key role in our goal to deliver brilliant customer engagement in a heartfelt and effective way.
What skills & qualifications are we looking for?
Previous experience as a digital professional within an agency or in-house environment and previous experience of videography
Proactive, creative and driven with an ability to put creative ideas into action
Strong time management skills
A proven track record of delivering effective digital campaigns with significant results and within a pressured environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence key stakeholders within the organisation.
Excellent written skills in relation to online channel and content publishing
Excellent knowledge of a range of digital monitoring tools and the digital environment as a whole
An ability to create content that users want to engage with and ability to utilise this content to build relationships and create advocacy
Strong ability to organise and plan work
Able to work independently and support and contribute to a team
A basic level of technical skills in relation to online channel development, in particular intranets, websites.
Strong knowledge of the overall online environment including social media and how this can be used to drive interest in the work we do.
It would be advantageous if you have a Public Relations or similar qualification
