At Health Innovation Oxford & Thames Valley (HIOTV), we are excited to announce this key position within our Clinical Innovation Adoption (CIA) team. As a Senior Programme Manager, you'll join the team engaging and working with clinical leaders to support and monitor adoption of new technology, whether pharmaceutical, health technology, diagnostics, digital or best practice. Your efforts will ensure our projects serve the diverse population we are dedicated to supporting.
The role is a key link with other HIOTV programmes - in particular, Strategic and Industry Partnerships and Patient Safety and Clinical Improvement.
You'll have strong project management and business planning skills, be a strong self-motivated and flexible team player and able to lead on individual CIA projects/programmes working with the Director of Clinical Innovation Adoption and her team. You should have a collaborative leadership style and enjoy engaging with our ICS systems, clinicians, patients, and management.
There's a focus on supporting Integrated Care Systems that necessitates engagement and delivery skills with the frontline and senior management. Applicants should also have an interest and aptitude to understand the application of life science technologies in health settings as well as being a good communicator.
