Experienced General Manager sought for high-end further education catering contract in Lytham, with a salary of up to £47,000 per annum.
We are seeking a seasoned General or Operations Manager to lead a team providing catering services to over 700 pupils and staff at a school. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-volume food provision in a contract catering environment, preferably in higher education. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the catering services, ensuring that health, safety, and hygiene standards are met, and managing stock and financial control.
