As the PCN Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the Primary Care Network, working across Leeds Student Medical Practice and The Light Surgery. You will provide essential support to the PCN Project Manager and leadership team, helping to coordinate meetings, manage staff rotas, handle queries, and ensure efficient communication between member practices. Your responsibilities will include preparing agendas and minutes for PCN meetings, managing PCN documentation and assets, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and organising staff events. You will also assist with the development of key projects, reporting, and compliance activities, contributing to continuous improvements across the network. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for operational and administrative issues, troubleshooting day-to-day queries for the team. You will assist with data management, running reports using clinical systems such as EMIS and SystmOne, and presenting findings to the board. Your role will also involve supporting HR tasks, such as maintaining staff records, managing training and development, and assisting with staff recruitment and inductions. This is an office-based role requiring on-site work at both Leeds practices, and the ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
