Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from research and concept ideation to final production.
Analyse industry trends and consumer behaviour to uncover new opportunities.
Source and work with suppliers and manufacturers to create innovative formulations and packaging.
Ensure all stages of product development are documented thoroughly and meet timelines and specifications.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to establish product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Assess product performance after launch and recommend improvements as required.
