Job Title: Secretary Accountable to: Practice Secretaries Responsible for: All secretarial activities required to ensure the efficient running of the Practice. Terms of Reference: To assist the Practice Secretaries in the provision of secretarial services for the Practice. Main Responsibilities: Provide typewritten documents from audio /long hand as required by GPs or Practice Secretary. Liaise with medical secretaries and other medical professionals as required by GPs. Liaise with patients with respect to medical care Undertaking any other duties which may be assigned by the GPs or Practice Secretary
