What’s in it for you: As a member of the IT team, you will gain experience of maintaining and expanding the daily operation of information systems, client, workstations, printing, and communication within our Scotland LAN. Additionally, you will be supporting Scotland end-users in effective optimum utilisation of systems and support other domain administrators around the world. Interested? Apply Today Duties / You will be responsible for: Monitoring and maintaining networked user configurations and reconfiguring as required. Monitoring the inhouse helpdesk system and managing calls appropriately. Liaising between IT staff and Scotland end users, implementing standardised procedures, principles, projects and access for electronic documentation storage and usage via SharePoint and Sage. Developing and implementing training in applications, network operations and remote on Yea-Link system. Supervising central office services, including printing and copying facilities. Mobile Telephony on a variety of Apple devices. Performing Windows desktop operating systems maintenance and support via Microsoft Teams - when required. Troubleshooting end-user problems and escalating via Microsoft Teams - if required. You will need the following skills: Great attention to detail and strong time management skills. Ability to working co-operatively and respecting other opinions to achieve team objectives. Flexibility in your approach to work and workloads. Willingness to respond to training and guidance. Self-motivated with a proactive and creative approach to finding solutions and achievement oriented. Strong communication skills. Salary: £20,500 per annum. Working week: 37.5hrs a week. Company benefits: 33 days of annual leave. Following the probationary period, you will have access to a private medical program. Early finish on Fridays.
