Job Title: Industrial Finance Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Industrial Finance Manager is a member of the Site Leadership Team and participates in all relevant discussions and decisions related to the site. The Leeds Leadership Team offers a very open atmosphere, making it a very good role for anyone interested in making an impact and experiencing the manufacturing world. The Leeds IFM is responsible for providing financial business partnering and controllership to the site. This includes being responsible for in-year performance and site strategic development together with the site leadership team, providing decision-making support, Cost Deployment leadership, and resulting savings delivery. The role is accountable for keeping compliance of the site to the Unilever control framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the delivery of in-year financial performance (factory cost/waste/capex), final creation, and submission of site forecasts and annual business plans.
* Drive performance management through Weekly Cost Governance and monthly cycles.
* Co-create and co-drive the savings agenda with operations and use available industrial tools as support (WCM/UMS foundation, ZBB, benchmarking).
* Supports ABC/ transfer pricing process led by SCFS.
* Conduct Month End/Controlling Activities (inventories, assets, balance sheet).
* Develop and manage the 3-year Master Plan and Budget Planning.
* Co-Lead Transformation agenda for the site.
* Serve as a key business partner and integral member of the Site Leadership Team (finance lead on-site), actively participating in all strategic projects. Provide valuable insights and facilitate decision-making, with a strong focus on driving savings and delivering impactful results.
ALL ABOUT YOU
* Finance Qualification equivalent to CIMA or a business degree.
* Relevant experience, with highly valued experiences in Supply Chain and country finance roles.
* Strong business acumen with a natural passion for operations design and business results.
* High level of flexibility to see the big picture but also the courage to deep-dive into specific areas if needed.
* Always curious and continuously seeking to improve.
* Ability to present effectively to senior leaders in the organization and to flex communication style depending on the audience.
