Position: Casual Teaching Assistant
Location: Rossendale
Hourly Rate: £12.90 per hour
Hours: 8:50 AM - 3:30 PM (on the days you are working)
Contract Type: Ad hoc (as and when required)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support and assist in small group activities.
* Support students in a variety of subjects and help them develop both academically and socially.
* Help with classroom management and creating an inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with personal care needs when required.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred, but not essential.
* A positive, compassionate attitude and a commitment to supporting young people.
* Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and requirements.
* Enhanced DBS check required (can be provided if not in place).
