The Identity & Access Management team is responsible for ensuring that colleagues across the group have the right access to the right systems at the right time to support any operational requirements they have.
The Identity Management Analyst’s role is to support the organisation's Identity & Access Management program, which includes fulfilling incoming service requests by administering user accounts and access privileges across a wide range of business applications, ensuring that colleagues have the relevant access to perform their job role effectively. They will also be responsible for assisting with the introduction of new applications & business services to ensure that Identity & Access Management principles & standards are adhered to.
About the role
* Respond and fulfil incoming service requests relating to joiner, mover, and leaver processes, in addition to ad-hoc requests for additional access to business systems across the Group.
* Support the service transition of new services/applications from project delivery into BAU operation.
* Perform recertification of access to business systems across the Group to ensure colleagues have the right level of access to perform their role effectively.
About you
* Knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles & best practice.
* Ability to prioritise workload to fulfil service requests according to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
* Ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that colleagues from across the group, with varying levels of technical knowledge, can understand.
