We are currently looking for an EA to join a corporate firm based in Covent Garden. This is a 12-month maternity contract which offers hybrid working and is paying 35-40k. A solid 2 years EA experience including diary management is necessary.
The Role
1. Minute taking, putting together presentations
2. Meet and greet
3. Diary management
4. Researching and organising data to represent the senior management
5. Compiling expense reports
6. Going through the incoming documents (memos, invoices) and redistributing them
