As a key player in our SMART Repair Department (small to medium car body repairs), you'll be the behind-the-scenes superstar supporting our Sales and Aftersales Teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our retail stores and customers.

What you’ll do day to day
* Handle telephone, email and face to face enquiries.
* Invoicing of vehicles to retail, corporate, trade customers and other Group 1 retailers.
* Dealing with Credit Control.
* Dealing with Insurance and Accident Management Companies.
* General Administrator duties.
* Checking courtesy cars in and out.
* Outgoing phone calls including regular customer repair updates.
* Booking in customers and setting up job packs.
* Invoicing and debt chasing.
* Liaison with internal and external customers and suppliers.
* Liaison with Sales Department and administration of internal sales prep work.
Helpful skills and qualifications
* A strong foundation in administrative tasks.
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Strong IT skills and ability to input and process data.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and share information clearly.
* The ability to thrive under pressure and embrace new challenges.
* A collaborative spirit and a passion for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* A team-oriented approach to achieve shared goals.
* Previous motor industry experience is a plus but not essential.
