We are now looking for a Agreement Delivery Co-ordinator to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent, and the preferred location is Glasgow, Fareham, and Aberdeen, UK.
What you will be doing
We are experiencing growth in our key customer base and are looking for a dedicated Agreement Delivery Co-ordinator on a permanent contract to be based in the Wärtsilä office. Preference location is Glasgow, Fareham, and Aberdeen, UK, and to be available to attend local customer offices as required to support the agreement management team. The successful applicant will work closely alongside Contract Management to ensure that agreements are executed in accordance with both Wärtsilä and customer expectations. The position will report to the Manager, Agreement Management UK and Central Europe.
As Agreement Delivery Co-ordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
* Coordination of tools, spare parts, and workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, visits, or other activities. Coordinates activities within budget.
* Coordination of Field Service resources for scheduled maintenance, visits, or other unplanned activities.
* Assist customers in preparing for scheduled maintenance.
* Communicate the maintenance job progress with customers and the internal contract core team. Apply project management skills to manage jobs.
* Support customers with unscheduled maintenance requests, acting accordingly to resolve as quickly as possible (escalate technical issues as needed).
* Timely and accurate reaction to assigned contractual customer requests.
* Work with customers to coordinate logistics of tools and parts, cabins, permits, Visa requirements for travel.
* Work with Wärtsilä teams to implement prepared scheduled overhauls. Assign workshop locations. Work with workshops to get the components overhauled in time.
* Review and approval of internal and supplier invoices for the coordinated activities.
* Work closely with the assigned team. Actively update the contract manager of any important issues.
* Problem-solving, claim handling while ensuring Wärtsilä complies with its contractual requirements.
* Proper record keeping of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status report, service work report.
In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the post holder must be prepared to undertake additional duties within their capabilities which may result from changing circumstances, but which do not necessarily change the general character or level of responsibility of the post.
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
* Proven technical experience in marine operations / Field service background.
* Internal Combustion engine and auxiliaries experience in marine operations is a preference.
* Cost awareness and effectiveness.
* Excellent communication skills and diligence.
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and to deadlines.
* Understanding of Hybrid solutions is desirable.
