We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
Working alongside a friendly, passionate team and reporting to the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across all digital channels.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, a great communicator, used to working to deadlines and with a keen eye for detail.
It will be your responsibility to grow our marketing strategy to support our ambitious growth plans and to maintain relationships with third parties to ensure they are always informed on brand plans.
Our ideal candidate will have gained experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency side.
We’d like to find someone who has worked across the full digital mix, with experience in Social Media (particularly Paid campaigns), PPC, Affiliates, SEO and Email Marketing.
Crucially, you will be results-driven, used to producing marketing reports and analysing the success of campaigns with a defined set of KPIs.
You will be motivated by boosting user levels and return on investment to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.
The Digital Marketing Manager’s main responsibility will be to develop and execute our marketing strategy across all digital channels; reporting on campaigns, activity and trends, using that data and insight to improve and optimise performance.
You will work closely with our external digital agency as a key point of contact, developing and implementing the paid digital strategy; pushing them to maximise, improve and develop new and innovative campaigns.
You will be responsible for managing the email campaigns
- monitoring and analysing content success; as well as stakeholder management
- supporting and updating teams around the business on digital marketing activity, with a focus on strategy and measurable results.
The role will predominantly be office based out of our Skipton office, but will have some hybrid working opportunities and travel to Manchester involved.
The role is advertised as a full time position but could have flexible hours.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities- Paid media
- work closely with our digital agency to develop and implement the paid digital strategy; pushing them to maximise, improve and develop new and innovative campaigns.
With a focus on ROAS and brand engagement.
Communicating key monthly findings and results back to the team and board members Act as a key point of contact, providing them with content, refining campaigns collaboratively and communicating insights to our in-house team Develop and execute our marketing strategy across all digital channels Reporting
- Reporting on campaigns, activity and trends, using that data and insight to improve and optimise performance Manage email campaigns

- supporting and updating teams around the business on digital marketing activity Managing and developing a small team Requirements- At least three years’ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally with a fashion eCommerce brand Demonstrable experience working on digital campaigns across multiple channels Experience of managing agencies, affiliate programmes and account managers Experience in managing and nurturing team members Agency experience is preferable Strong reporting and analytics skills, including producing reports to monitor performance Experience in Social Media (particularly Paid campaigns) Knowledge of PPC, Affiliates & SEO Knowledge and Interest in fashion Results-driven & motivated by boosting user levels and return on investment Experience working with an ecommerce brand Experience in analysing data and customer behaviour A high level of numeracy and literacy Ability to create insightful marketing reports for key business stakeholders Please apply through link and include both a CV and Cover Letter.
