We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in Crewe. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and comfort of all patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as providing support and guidance to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions based on individual patient needs
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions
* Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status, ensuring timely intervention and escalating issues when necessary
* Provide patient education and support to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being
* Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Document and update patient records accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and confidentiality requirements
* Participate in patient rounds, multidisciplinary meetings, and other collaborative care activities
* Provide emotional support to patients and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding
* Contribute to the professional development of the nursing team through mentoring, supervision, and support
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration
* Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
* Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients, families, and colleagues effectively
* Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide high standards of care under pressure
* Knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care protocols, and relevant legislation
* Ability to maintain accurate, detailed records and adhere to regulatory requirements
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required
Desirable

* Additional certifications or training in relevant areas of nursing
