AztechIT are seeking a customer-focused, experienced Senior IT Support Technician to join our Service Delivery Team, based at our client site in Aylesbury.
You will be an experienced Senior IT Support Technician and ideally come from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider or have previously managed multiple sites in a senior capacity. The successful Senior Support Technician will have excellent Azure troubleshooting experience and ideally have a good standard of network troubleshooting experience as well. The position is mainly based in Aylesbury with some travel to sites in Amersham and High Wycombe.
The main focus for the position is to provide senior support and escalations to 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technicians. There is also support from the Aztech IT Support Desk based in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing efficient and effective customer service to end users and other stakeholders, providing remote and desk-side support at the client sites.
* Acting as the first point of contact for senior technical service requests.
* Logging and maintaining support issues details throughout a service ticket lifecycle (ConnectWise).
* Responding appropriately to more complex problems through escalation.
* Prioritisation and management of workload to ensure client SLAs are met.
* Supplying a high standard of customer service in line with AztechIT’s standards.
* Owning, managing, and resolving incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLAs.
* Delivering against our KPIs.
* Working in accordance with company values, policies, procedures, and standards.
Skills / Attributes Required
* Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience supporting internal IT users both remotely and desk-side at a senior level.
* Clear and confident communicator at all levels and abilities.
* A proven problem solver with good asset management skills.
* Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.

Package Details
* Salary is up to £55k pa depending on experience and accreditations
* 24 Days Holiday - Increasing with 2 & 3 years service
* The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
* Based in Aylesbury with some travel to Amersham and High Wycombe.
