Job Summary: Mailroom Administrator roles available in Corby (NN18) for 4-6 months, working Monday to Friday shifts with free onsite parking and good public transport links.
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, AM (6am-2pm) and PM (2pm-10pm) shifts.
Pay Rate: AM: £12.27 per hour, PM: £12.27 per hour + £15 per shift allowance (£14.15 per hour).
As Mailroom Administrator, you will work in a mailroom production environment, supporting a large, prestigious government seasonal project. Tasks include:
• Receiving and opening confidential documents.
• Batching, registering, validating, and scanning documents into the database.
• Checking inbound mail for threats.
• Completing quality checks for image and index quality.
• Working in the document archive library, locating documents, scanning, and ensuring they are filed away in correct locations.
We seek applicants with:
• Previous experience in a production, mailroom, data centre, or document storage environment.
• Good data entry skills and familiarity with using a computer keyboard.
• Knowledge of scanning documents.
• Experience working to targets.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Safety Shoes required (Meridian will supply).
