IT Support Analyst, Onsite, 22 p/h Inside IR35:
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis for a 3-month contract. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in IT customer service and first line support, looking to advance their career in an exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for day-to-day IT support
* Working on a busy helpdesk, owning and managing calls
* Working under SLAs
* Providing excellent customer service
* Effective management of incidents and service requests
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous IT support work experience
* ITIL knowledge
* Strong Infrastructure knowledge
* Experience with hardware and applications
* Customer service skills
* Good communication skills
