Position Overview As an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and maintaining the health and safety of our workforce. You will collaborate with employees, management, and stakeholders to implement effective occupational health programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of well-being within the organisation. This opportunity provides a hybrid working arrangement, requiring on-site work for a portion of your weekly schedule. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including pre-employment screenings and periodic health check-ups. Provide expert guidance on occupational health issues and support employees in managing their health conditions. Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to implement proactive measures for injury prevention and workplace health promotion. Develop and deliver wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee awareness and engagement. Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Hep B vaccination programmes. Skills, Experience And Qualifications Registered General Nurse and hold or be working towards a degree or diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health. Experience working as an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor would be advantageous In-depth knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
