We're seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to provide exceptional support to our elderly residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the care team
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities
Qualifications:
• Care Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in senior care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work well as part of a team
