We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to play a pivotal role in the construction of the New Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff, Wales.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience working on reinforced concrete, timber, and steel structures.
In this challenging role, you will assist the Site Manager in coordinating, planning, and managing the construction of these structures, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and quality plans are followed.
You will also develop and maintain relationships with your line manager and other project team members.

Key responsibilities include:
* Design and Construction Methodologies: Understanding the methodologies related to RC, timber, and steel structures.
* Coordination and Planning: Assisting the Site Manager with coordination, planning, and management of the construction process.
* Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment: Assisting the Site Manager with their responsibilities for health, safety, quality, and environment.
* Communication: Communicating design and construction information to the project team and subcontractors.
