Job Description
The duties of the Personal / Assistant will include
* Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
* Support directors with day to day business tasks
* Handling company expenses and credit card receipts
* Handling office communications, including responding to emails and phone calls.
* Organising and maintaining files and records.
* Sending out letters to tenants and booking inspections
* Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required.
* Helping to manage office supplies and equipment.
* Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Organising and coordinating office procedures and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant / Office Assistant should have:
* A solid understanding of office management systems and procedures.
* Previous personal assistant experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and planning abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach.
* Confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
What's on Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a salary of £30,000 pro rata.
