About the opportunity: We are searching for Fan Engagement Coordinator to come and join our Fan Engagement d epartment and work closely with our Senior Liaison & Engagement Manager to deliver fan engagement and matchday initiatives as well as supporting and planning fan related events and activities. Key responsibilities as part of this role include: Support ing in increasing the number of fans enjoying pre-match activities at Goodison Park and Everton Stadium to enhance their current - and create new match day rituals at Everton S tadium - and in turn creating memories with their families Engag ing with fan groups to help generate the best atmosphere during the final season at Goodison Park and look at new initiatives for Everton Stadium Procuring and co-ordinat ing activity, guests and artists for the matchday FanZone for Goodison Park and Everton Stadium Creatively i nputting into new fan engagement initiatives in and around Everton Stadium for both matchdays and non-matchdays Develop ing fully researched and budgeted proposals for matchday themes and initiatives, including information such as target audience, venues, catering, entertainment, guests, speakers, artists, performers, health and safety, staffing, projected attendance figures, financial objectives and pricing strategies, sponsorship strategies and resource plans. This is a unique role where you will support the wider Fan Engagement Team’s function of connecting families, creating memories and generating revenue for our Club. Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will have a real passion for delivering exceptional and professional customer service and have experience in dealing with fans in a face-to-face environment. A background in event delivery is preferable with a sound knowledge of safeguarding practices. You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence of dealing with supporters and communicating ideas to improve fan experiences. This really is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside supportive colleagues, as we enter a new exciting era for our historic football Club. The location for this role is our Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly and from home with our Hybrid working approach.
