Job Description
We seek a Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. Working collaboratively with the Home Manager and multi-disciplined teams, you will ensure the smooth operation of the home.
This diverse role involves challenging tasks, but the reward from our grateful residents makes it worthwhile. Responsibilities include excellent nursing and residential care, open communication, budgetary control, and Human Resources management.
You will act in the best interests of all involved, promoting engaging marketing initiatives, guiding colleagues in training and development, and undertaking your own professional growth.
As a flexible leader, you will provide undivided attention to all areas of the home, from laundry to emergency situations. Requirements
* Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience in healthcare sector
* Management/Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
* NMC certificate with active PIN
* Caring nature with personal approach
* Flexible and adaptable
* Work well under pressure
* Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
* Respectful towards others
