About the Role
The Portfolio Retention Business Manager position is a key role within KONE's organization, based in one of our branch or central offices.
This position focuses on supporting core 1 and core 2 maintenance customers, providing expert phone support and collaborating with Supervisors to ensure timely responses to customer requirements and proactive support.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
