We’re hiring a part-time Managing Agent and Leasehold Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position working 18.5 hours per week. We offer a flexible approach to working between home and either the Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, with a minimum of 20% (per week) of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As Managing Agent and Leasehold Coordinator you’ll manage systems and data on Managing Agent Agreements, Invoices and Leases to maximise income for VIVID. This will also include data for granular details of the agreements in place, Ground Rent Collection and Correct Demands from Managing Agents, this will help to compile accurate info for customer queries received by the Leasehold and Service Charge Officers
You’ll provide a high level of customer service to our leaseholder and shared ownership customers, assist with lease management by locating leases and agreements. You’ll ensure accurate record keeping on managing agent information and agreements.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Rents and Service Charges team to ensure accurate charges, including communal utility queries. You’ll produce accurate monthly performance data for the team as well as performance stats to allow effective monitoring by the Team Leader.
You'll have an understanding of service charge and leasehold management and experience delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy environment. You'll have an understanding of housing associations and the wider housing sector. While ideally you’ll hold an TPI or similar in within the Property Industry, housing, customer service or similar (or a commitment to work towards this) this isn't essential. You’ll have ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload, as well as competent IT skills and the ability to work with & set up new systems and processes.
