About this position
This role will help ClearCourse grow by providing the best possible experience to service, attract, and retain customers. You will be joining a growing team, and this role calls for a passionate customer advocate who can communicate with customers at all levels via telephone and in writing.
Role Responsibilities
1. Learn and understand the Company’s products and services.
2. Learn and understand the operating systems/software and hardware that the company’s products run on.
3. Deal with inbound customer support queries in relation to any of our products via telephone, live chat, and email.
4. Handle email queries received from customers in a timely and professional manner.
5. Assist in the Fulfilment Centre.
6. Look to upsell other ClearCourse products and services at every appropriate opportunity.
7. Handle inbound telephone cancellation requests from customers using various questioning techniques to establish the issue/reason for cancellation. Offer the correct resolution or appropriate retention tool to try to retain their business.
8. Help promote and enhance the image of the Company by providing an excellent and personalised customer experience.
9. Advise customers on best practices within Ecommerce so their business can be as successful as possible, ultimately retaining their business for longer.
Skills
1. A positive personality and proactive manner.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with customers over the phone and in writing.
3. Experience of probing, questioning, and influencing skills are an advantage.
4. Experience of working in a call centre environment is desirable.
5. A good working knowledge of websites and the internet is desirable.
6. Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be an advantage.
