Description
We are looking for a Store Development Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of new store openings, store upsizes, store refits & small work modernisations to existing retail spaces.
This includes working with & managing external contractors, creating work programmes to set deadlines & working alongside internal departments & external consultants.
You will have experience working in a retail environment & have a strong background in Project Management.
The Team
The Property Development team play a lead role to the overall delivery of our new store & store upgrade programme.

About You
* A project management background working within a fashion retail environment.
* Previous experience working within a Store Development/Design team.
* Excellent presentation skills & have the ability to host internal & external meetings.
* A keen eye for retail & have the ability to bring new ideas to the business to keep the store concept developing.
* A background of property maintenance with a basic understanding of mechanical services is preferred.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup or other design software.
* Experience working in Adobe Software such as Illustrator & InDesign as well as knowledge working in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
* You will oversee the store development process including construction & build-out across new stores, store upsizes & small works projects.
* You will manage project budgets & timelines, ensuring adherence to company standards & quality requirements.
* You will ensure timely, cost-effective completion across all projects.
* You will raise & manage purchase orders for direct contractors.
* You will create project briefs & present into the design team & external consultants.
* Occasionally you will need to carry out site surveys & feasibility reports relating to property.
* You will input costs to help set budgets for upcoming projects & maintain latest cost reports as projects progress.
* You will develop & maintain relationships with external contractors, internal departments & in some cases – landlords & centre managers.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new stores & small works projects align with company guidelines & concepts.
* You will keep records of stocked fixtures in our warehouse.
* You will provide regular updates to internal teams on the progress of store development projects.
