Centre Manager - Bournemouth Location: BH Live Active - Bournemouth Salary: £34,464 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent The role: BH Live is recruiting for a Centre Manager to lead our team in one of our BH Live Active sites in Bournemouth. You will have previous experience of working within the leisure industry and ensure that the centre is well managed. You will responsibility for recruiting, scheduling and managing staff. You will ensure that the centre operates within agreed budgets and monitor performance targets for the centre. You will: Have day to day responsibility for the operations and management of the centre. You will ensure the centre is compliant with all health and safety procedures and requirements. Have a passion for providing great customer experience. You will ensure an efficient cost-effective service is delivered, which meets the need of our customers and supports our values and behaviours. To be successful you will need: Previous experience in a similar role within the leisure industry. Be able to lead and manage a team. Be organised, self-motived and proactive. Be able to manage and ensure budgets are adhered to.
