Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounts to trial balance. Prepare management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Manage the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control functions. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records. Work closely with the General Managers and cross functional teams. Collaborate with external accountants on year-end accounts, stocktaking and other periodic financial tasks. Provide financial data and reports to support annual insurance renewals and grant/funding applications. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, management accounts, and financial controls. Ability to work independently and manage financial processes efficiently. Experience liaising with external accountants and handling payroll queries. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
