As Customer Support Advisor - Compliance, you will be joining a growing not-for-profit membership organisation that works in the recycling and sustainability sector.

The position is based in Banbury and offered on a part-time (min 3 days a week) or full-time, permanent basis with a salary of between £30,000 to £33,000 (pro rata for part-time) Mon - Fri, offering flexible hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office each week.
Purpose of the role:
To provide support and advice for members while developing knowledge of this sector and focusing on the audit service.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Support Advisor - Compliance:
1. Handling incoming member queries within the requirements of their SLAs
2. Successfully delivering compliance audits
3. Using CRM system data to ensure effective support
4. Supporting member compliance queries for labelling service
5. Analysing packaging data to ensure data supplied requirements are met
6. Identifying ways to support members through the audit process
7. Answering any queries to a positive conclusion
8. Developing knowledge of the sector
9. Building relationships with a wide range of members
10. Using knowledge developed to assist with the development of tools and tailored support
11. Working with the Marketing team on member communications
12. Liaising with the finance team
13. Coordinating artwork requests
Key Skills Required for the Customer Support Advisor - Compliance:
1. Solid customer service skills
2. Experience of working within audit or compliance would be an advantage
3. Confident communication skills
4. Experience of working with a CRM system
5. Organised administration skills
6. Strong IT skills, fluent in Microsoft Office
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. An interest in learning and taking on new skills
9. Excellent rapport-building skills with the ability to own the relationship
