Administrative Assistant – Sheffield – £24,000 - £30,000
Chase & Holland have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a privately owned business in Sheffield on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a highly respected and successful business, which has been running for over a decade. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the organisation with all associated construction administration. We are looking for someone with previous experience within the construction industry.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Accurately inputting invoices into a spreadsheet on a daily basis
Handling and processing credit/account applications
Handling customer enquiries including price requests
Procuring required supplies and materials with relevant merchants
Reviewing sales legal documentation
Collating and checking handover packs
Managing services connection applications
Accurately inputting wages into a spreadsheet on a weekly basis
Ad hoc administrative task as required by the business
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven administrative experience within construction
Experience handling a wide variety of tasks within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Commercially minded
Excellent problem-solving skills
