Rowe Veterinary Group has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse who strives for clinical excellence to join us at our Winterbourne branch to work in our well-equipped practices with a friendly and forward-thinking team.
This is a part-time RVN position working on a Monday and a Wednesday from 8 AM to 7 PM with no weekends or bank holidays.
You would be joining a friendly and motivated team, and this role would suit an experienced or newly qualified RVN.
What we offer
Our site has all the capabilities of a much larger practice while enjoying the ethos of a smaller team. Equipment includes X-ray, separate dental X-ray equipment, ultrasound, and advanced anaesthetic monitoring equipment. Our team has the freedom to work up their cases, and to do this, the vets rely on the nursing team. You will be expected to be involved in all aspects of patient care, from nursing hospitalised day patients, theatre duties, assisting with complex surgical and medical procedures, as well as running your own nurse clinics. You will work alongside a small but passionate team.
Join our supportive team
We are a happy, supportive practice that takes wellbeing seriously. We want our nurses to enjoy every day. If you have a passion for something clinically, we would encourage further training to develop your nursing and management skills.
What we look for
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy first-opinion practice or be someone eager to take the next step in their nursing career. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a generous CPD allowance, paid professional memberships, and a range of discounts and rewards to support both your professional and personal well-being.
