Propositions roles at Aviva - also known as product management elsewhere - are challenging but rewarding, with high autonomy balanced with high accountability. Working within a business line - with direct line of sight to the P&L - you will be accountable for the overall product or service that we offer our customers. A bit about the job: Connected Wealth is a new strategic area looking to do big, bold things across Aviva's Wealth business, from workplace pensions to stocks and shares ISAs to financial advice. We're looking for someone to take ownership of the propositional roadmap for part of this area, working closely with the Head of Propositions to implement and communicate our vision and commercial strategy. You'll lead the development and delivery of scalable solutions that address customer needs, align with regulatory principles, and drive business success. To achieve these objectives, the role requires collaboration across multiple teams, including research, design, product, engineering, marketing, finance and compliance. This involves developing and testing hypotheses through customer research, gathering insights, and delivering a seamless digital experience. Staying informed about emerging market trends and engaging external providers when necessary are also critical to maintaining a competitive edge. In addition to innovation, the role demands close alignment with regulatory principles and readiness for upcoming changes, such as Targeted Support. Managing the proposition's success involves setting objectives and key results (OKRs), tracking performance through relevant management information (MI), and addressing challenges transparently. This comprehensive approach ensures the offering meets customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives effectively. Skills and experience we're looking for: Excellent understanding of the D2C Wealth Market and financial planning. Understanding of the Wealth regulatory and technology landscape for Advice and Guidance. Ability to establish, maintain and manage excellent relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient user of collaboration technology including Miro, Figma and a good understanding of JIRA, Confluence. Experience developing digital first propositions, leading across a cross-functional team to deliver.
