Position Overview
We have a vacancy for the role of Corporate Support Administrator, providing support to three members of the Senior Management Team (the Vice Principal Finance & Facilities, Director of Human Resources, and Director of School, Employer & Community Relationships).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide first class secretarial and administrative service to the directors.
2. Organise diaries and meeting schedules.
3. Produce agendas, minutes, and letters.
Opportunities
For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to undertake further training and complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Apprenticeships are funded work-based training programmes, and you will receive training to work towards a nationally recognised qualification. The Apprenticeship will be a combination of training on-the-job and external training with the College. As an Apprentice, you will be employed by Runshaw College, earn a wage and work alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills.
This post can be term-time, working 40 weeks per year. We are happy to receive applications from those interested in either full or part time hours/job share.
