Catering Manager - 40 hours per week
Lead catering and service operations for a major High Street brand, overseeing kitchens and service counters to deliver exceptional food experiences.
Key responsibilities include preparing food to the highest standards, supervising culinary and catering teams, and managing in-unit operations, including inventories, budgets, and action plans.
Communicate with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets, represent Compass Group UK&I, and maintain a positive brand image.
Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales, liaise between customers and teams, and support and train team members.
Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance.
Requirements: passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, minimum 2 years of catering experience, team management experience, NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, Basic Food Hygiene certificate, brilliant financial acumen, excellent communication and organisational skills, ambitious and motivated individual.
