To provide support to the CMM, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures and safety policies. Assuring that maintenance activities meet both regulatory standards and company procedures.
Main responsibilities
* Compliance to EASA / CAA Part 145 & national regulations
* Assist with the production & implementation of the Part 145 audit programme (Inclusive of corrective actions)
* Control of the company authorisation system
* Conducting Investigations in support of the SMS Programme
* Assist in facilitating hazard identification, risk assessment and management
* Conduct Safety & Compliance audits as prescribed by the Audit Plan
* Daily administration & monitoring of the Occurrence Reporting System
* Report any findings or concerns to the CMM for escalation to the Accountable Manager / NPH’s
* Compile submissions for MOE revisions as required

Skills/experience
* Detailed knowledge of EASA / CAA Part 145 Regulations and their practical application
* Detailed knowledge of Part 66 requirements
* Knowledge & experience of H&S requirements
* Qualified Auditor experienced in aviation / engineering environment
* Current in Safety Training (including Human Factors), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) Phase 1, Electrical Wiring Interconnecting Systems (EWIS) Group 6 training
* Experienced and competent Investigator, with evidence of investigation training
* Passport enabling travel to locations as required by ecube as part of the role
* Full, clean UK driving license
* Eligible to qualify for and hold UK airside security pass
* Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) etc.
