Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior German Language Customer Service Representative to join our team at Athena Resourcing Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent German or Swiss German speaker who wants to work in a dynamic environment and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, primarily through phone and email communications. Your primary language will be German, and you will be required to communicate effectively with our clients and colleagues in this language.
You will work from home, which means you will need to be self-motivated and disciplined to manage your time effectively and meet productivity targets. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements.
This is a hybrid working arrangement, where you will spend one day per month in our office in Cambridgeshire. This will give you the chance to meet your colleagues face-to-face, participate in training and development sessions, and contribute to team-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
* Communicate effectively with our clients and colleagues in German, using your strong language skills to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
* Work independently from home, managing your time effectively to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
* Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A fluency in German, both written and spoken.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* The ability to work independently from home, managing your time effectively and meeting productivity targets.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
