Control Systems Engineer
£50,000 - £65,000 + Health + Bonus + 34 days hols
Cambridgeshire with Hybrid working available

Control Systems Engineer - The Role:
Develop, test and commission PLC software and HMI code for new projects using Siemens TIA Portal
Maintain, support and continuously improve the performance of existing software
Be responsible for maintaining and updating software version control, software registers and software release notes
Support colleagues around the business in the execution of client’s work – including, attending customer meetings, customer sites, internal project meetings, supplier meetings.
This role will be mainly office based (with an option for hybrid working) with occasional client site work
Control Systems Engineer - The Person:
Have comprehensive knowledge of Siemens TIA portal
Any additional experience of drives, vision systems and hardware design would be beneficial but not required
Have strong communication skills - clearly and regularly communicating with management and technical support colleagues
Keep developing yourself and your skills to ensure your technical skills remain current.
Work well within a small team
Located in Cambridgeshire, this role would be commutable from King's Lynn Peterborough, Wisbech and Ely
