Veterinary Care Assistant / Receptionist
As a veterinary care assistant/receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our veterinary team to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients.
In this exciting and varied role, you will ensure the wellbeing of pets by maintaining a consistently clean and hygienic environment, handling reception duties such as answering client calls, managing appointment bookings, and overseeing the diary. You'll also keep the front of house tidy, assist with insurance claims, and provide essential support to the Vets and Nurses.

They will ensure that both patients and clients receive a high-quality, efficient service that is always confidential, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Working hours will be between 8:30am-7:00pm, Monday to Friday on a rota basis. There will also be a Saturday morning rota.
