SPA is a triage service enabling members of the public, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to make referrals to community health services. Main duties of the job The Admin Manager will manage, support and coordinate the administration support for the Single Point of Access (SPA) team ensuring the Admin Team across both sites work to processes which are efficient and effective, meaning our patient experience is of the highest quality and free from avoidable delays in accessing treatment and interventions at home which will prevent hospital admissions. Working closely with the operational and clinical management teams to ensure our admin provision and data reporting is supporting all parts of the service.
