We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our talented team and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. The Salon Manager will oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional client experiences, efficient salon management, and a positive team culture. This role requires a proactive leader with a passion for the beauty industry, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Salon Manager will be responsible for managing the Client Experience Team, driving performance, and maintaining the salon’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor the Client Experience Team, including Client Success Hosts, to ensure exceptional service delivery. Include briefings, foster collaboration, and develop a positive team culture.
* Oversee the end-to-end client journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from booking to post-service follow-up.
* Implement and maintain the Head South customer service methodology and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and salon presentation.
* Oversee the daily cash-up, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.
* Manage the salon’s social media presence, including Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Lead the team in creating engaging and on-brand content to showcase the salon’s services, team, and client experiences.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in salon management or a similar role within the beauty/hair industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced/Fluent English (if English is not your first language, a high level of proficiency is required).
* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
* Confident in handling client interactions and resolving issues.
* Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
* Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) is essential.
* Availability to work full days on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
