Working Hours: 37 + additional hours / 08.30am – 5pm, Friday finish 2:30pm (unpaid 30 min lunch)
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Supply Chain Team, working within our Tamworth head office. This role is key to maintaining the high levels of customer care delivered, and the continued growth of sales revenues. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
Preferred Experience
• ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferrable)
• Supply Chain
• Previous experience within purchasing processes.
• General office administration
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office package
• Previous experience with forming relationships with suppliers.
• Sourcing experience
• Cost Reduction and improvement driven.
Job Summary (Description of main purpose of job):
• Sourcing new suppliers
• Sourcing new parts.
• Maintaining ERP system
• Pricelist management
• Able to analyse purchasing data.
• Upkeep of Bill of Materials for bigger projects
• Updating pricing information/system processes for sales team.
• Responding to requests quickly.
• Managing tasks and workload efficiently
• Maximising cost savings
• Tracking vendor performance
• Maximising usage of Microsoft excel.
• Site visits with the technical team.
Not essential but advantageous:
