Role Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Relevant experience working with students with SEN, preferably within an educational setting, is advantageous but a positive and proactive attitude is essential
* The ability to support students effectively and demonstrate understanding of different types of SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong academic background
* Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards supporting students' well-being
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
