Responsibilities:
* Serve as the Consultant and Responsible Clinician within the Multidisciplinary Team.
* Take overall responsibility for patient care and treatment plans.
* Conduct assessments and manage cases in collaboration with patients, carers, and external stakeholders.
* Chair MDT/CPA Meetings and adhere to organisational admission and discharge policies.
* Provide clinical leadership in collaboration with the Ward Manager.
* Participate in governance meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
* Engage in academic activities, including case presentations and teaching.

Minimum Requirements:
* MBBS or equivalent Medical Degree and MRCPsych.
* Full GMC registration with a license to practice.
* Registration on the specialist register with CAMHS CCT/CESR, along with valid AC Status.
* Experience and knowledge in CAMHS.
* Understanding of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
* Commitment to continued professional development.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
