I am working on behalf of a national law firm that is looking to strengthen its Employment Department with the hire of an Associate Employment Solicitor. You will be representing and supporting clients over a range of Employment disciplines, including but not limited to: Unfair dismissal Discrimination TUPE Whistleblowing You will be working within an insurance-funded litigation environment and considering matters of insurance policy coverage and providing claims handling support to insurers.
