Description
My client, a reputable logistics organization, is currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Liverpool area. This position has become available due to an internal re-structure within the business along with sustained growth. This is an exciting role working for a fantastic company, with a working week of 37.5 hours on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities within this role include:
* Collecting account debt through telephone, email, and letter
* Reconciling customer accounts
* Maintaining good relationships with customers and clients
* Demonstrating excellent knowledge of Excel
* Exhibiting strong client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail
* Working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
