Practice Nurse – Full-Time or Part-Time – Flexible Working Available
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a well-established GP surgery in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to work in a practice that prioritises work-life balance, professional development, and high-quality patient care.
Role Details:
* Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours) or Part-time considered
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00-18:00 or 8:30-17:30
* Saturday Clinics: Once a month (negotiable)
* Clinic Structure: 15-minute appointment slots
* Breaks:
o 11:00: 30-minute paid coffee break for team handovers and personal downtime
o Lunch: 30 minutes to 1 hour (unpaid, flexible)
Salary & Benefits:
* £18 - £20 per hour (flexible to £21 for the right candidate)

* Cervical Smear Screening

The Team:
A welcoming and collaborative multidisciplinary team of 36 staff, including:
* 7 GP Partners from diverse backgrounds
* 3 Salaried GPs
* Practice Nurse Manager + 2 Practice Nurses + 2 HCAs (1 Senior)
* GP Assistant, 2 Paramedics, 2 Pharmacists, 1 Pharmacy Technician
* Social Prescriber, Health & Wellbeing Coach, First Contact Physiotherapist
* Excellent reception & admin team (14 staff, including Deputy PM & PM)
